This fabric which was developed for pilots’ immersion suits in England is reproduced by Japanese technology. The super-high density 100% cotton fabric which has great moisture permeability and waterproof property. The fabric becomes waterproof by absorbing and swelling with rain. You can enjoy its aging without hydrolysis like vintage jeans.
Selected sewing thread which has UV protection, water-repellent and weatherability. Flexible nylon belts joint well between a tarp fabric and a guy rope. Edge bias tape dyed with a deeper Burgundy achieve a nice color balance.
Bias tape is produced by Motohashi Tape Co.,Ltd in Shizuoka emphasize a beautiful silhouette. The brand label is made by Kobayashi Woven Labels Co.,Ltd, well-established company in Kyoto which has Japanese traditional process and proven skill.
Guy rope is 100% pure domestic produced by Japanese rope master. You can feel a nice and massive touch of SUS slide tensioner.
